Insert the sausage stuffer piston into the cylinder with the flat side of the piston facing outward.

Pack sausage mixture tightly into the sausage stuffer.

Secure the lock nut groove and screw the tube and nut assembly into the sausage stuffer.

Screw on the head cover when the cylinder is filled with meat.   Slide on soaked fibrous casing.

Open the water source 1/4 turn while holding the casing tight to the sausage funnel.

Keep the sausage funnel buried into the sausage meat as you fill the fibrous casing.

Continue to keep the sausage funnel buried into the sausage meat as you stuff.

Fill the fibrous casing to about one inch from the end. Twist the casing tightand hold.

Crimp the end of the fibrous sausage casing shut with hog ring pliers.

Stuffing hog casings is a snap.
