The following is a parts list for the Dakotah Sausage Stuffer and Jerky Maker. Parts are interchangeable. Holds nearly 10 pounds of ground sausage meat.

Replacement Cylinder (clear)

Our new translucent body allows the operator to know how much sausage meat is in the cylinder at all times. Interchangeable with all new and previous Dakotah Sausage Stuffers and extruders. Is it time to update your old Dakotah Stuffer? One year limited warranty.

Sausage Stuffing Tube 3/8 Inch

Use the 3/8 Inch sausage tube to stuff 22-24MM sheep casings and 22 to 26MM collagen casings. You can stuff smaller diameter collagen casing by unraveling the collagen casing onto the sausage tube accordion style.

Sausage Stuffing Tube 3/4 Inch

Use the 3/4 inch stuffing tube to stuff hog casing, fibrous casing and poly meat bags and other synthetic and natural casings. Note: You don't need or want a larger diameter stuffing tube to stuff larger diameter sausage casings. Simply hold the casing tightly around the sausage tube and keep the sausage tube buried into the meat as you progress. No air bubbles this way.

Coupler Black

Extruder Head Cover

The Extruder Head Cover is interchangeable with the Dakotah Sausage Stuffer and Dakotah Jerky Maker. Screws into the cylinder head. Used with assorted inserts to make ground jerky, snack sticks and skinless sausage.

Jerky Insert
The Jerky Insert snaps into the extruder head cover which screws into the body cylinder. Forms two (1 1/8" wide x 3/16" thick) continuous strips of ground jerky simultaneously.

Snack Stick Insert
The snack stick insert snaps (taps) into the extruder head cover. Forms three 3/8" diameter snack sticks simultaneously. Use to make snack sticks, jerky sticks, pepperoni sticks, skinless breakfast links and more.

Skinless Sausage Insert
The skinless sausage insert snaps (taps) into the extruder head cover. Forms two 1" diameter skinless links simultaneously.

The slider ramp attaches to the front of the extruder head cover. The formed product is pulled down the slider ramp.

Extruder paper is waxed on both sides. One 86 ft. roll is enough to make 20+ lbs. of jerky strips or 30+ lbs. of snack sticks or 40+ lbs. of skinless franks.
